Research On The Competitiveness Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Clusters In Heilongjiang Province

The equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang is the cornerstone ofeconomic development. In the twelfth five-year period, Heilongjiang presents thatwith a breakthrough of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, it will form astable equipment manufacturing industry pattern as soon as possible, which provide aturning point to the development of equipment manufacturing clusters. Nowadays,the development level of equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in Heilongjiangcompared to developed regions in China, Heilongjiang has a big space fordevelopment. In order to invigorate the equipment manufacturing industry, establisha domestic first-class, focused modern equipment manufacturing base, it is necessaryto research the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industrial cluster inHeilongjiang province.This paper takes the equipment manufacturing in Heilongjiang Province as theresearch object, at first, on the basis of industrial cluster theory, this paper analyzesthe status of equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in Heilongjiang Province.From the perspective of industrial agglomeration, it researches the clustering level ofequipment manufacturing industrial clusters in Heilongjiang province. Secondly, onthe basis of building the evaluation system of equipment manufacturing industrialcluster, this paper makes use of component method to design appraising system,evaluates the cluster competitiveness of total and seven industries in Heilongjiang.Calculating results show:7provinces competitiveness ranking in chronological orderas follows: Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jilin, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Heilongjiang.From the view of industry, Heilongjiang Province should see electric equipment andmachinery manufacturing industry, special purpose equipment manufacturingindustry and ordinary machinery manufacturing industry as the three pillars. Finally,this paper puts forward the policy recommendations of cultivating competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industrial clusters in Heilongjiang Province fromgovernment, market and enterprises three areas.Through the research on the cluster competitiveness of Heilongjiang’sequipment manufacturing, it is meaningful to revitalize the old northeast industrybase, and guide to promote the regional development competitiveness.
