Nowadays, most scholars study economic growth from the perspective of TFP,human capital and investment, while this paper seldom studies economic growth from the perspective of division of labor.Under the framework of the new classical economics and on the basis of introducing institutional factors and taking division of labor as the main line, this paper studies the dilemma between specialization economy and transaction costs caused by the evolution of division of labor, and explains the relationship among the evolution of division of labor, institutional change and economic growth, thus a strict new classical economic theory model is established. After the establishment of the theoretical model, the realistic problem studied is the economic growth of rural areas in China.Specifically, based on the basic conclusions of the paper model, the econometric model expressing the relationship between the evolution of division of labor, institutional change and the level of specialized economy and the level of per capita real net income is established, and the statistical data are used. The evolution of division of labor, institutional change and professional economic level are measured, and then the relationship between them is explored. The policy suggestion part of the paper is from the point of view of the source of division of labor, based on the widest reality in China's rural areas, put forward a number of rationalization proposals. The basic conclusion of this paper is:the evolution of division of labor, institutional change and the level of specialized economy have a positive impact on the level of real net income per capita. The empirical part of the paper provides empirical evidence for the"economic growth from the evolution of division of labor" of classical economics and new classical economics, and provides empirical evidence for the "evolution of division of labor from the change of system" of new institutional economics. The innovation of this paper is as follows:in the theoretical model,by introducing the property right loss risk into the Y-B model,a new classical economic theoretical model with some new ideas is established;in the empirical aspect, the paper is relatively novel from the perspective of division of labor and institutional change to examine the economic growth of rural areas in China. In terms of policy suggestions,on the premise that "growth comes from division of labor",the paper traces back to the source and puts forward some rationalization suggestions from the perspective of the source of division of labor.
