M Electronic Commerce Financial Risk Internal Control Research

Since China's reform and opening up,e-commerce has developed rapidly and played an important role in the development of the national economy.The study on financial risk control has great significance and influence on the good development of e-commerce enterprises.With the rapid development of e-commerce enterprises,the external environment has become an obstacle to the continuous development of e-commerce enterprises,and many problems have arisen.This paper expounds several primary problems in the internal control of financial risk of enterprises,including the concept and characteristics of financial risk,the goal of internal control of financial risk,as well as five elements and two methods of internal control of financial risk.In addition,in terms of financial risk control and control,e-commerce enterprises fail to form the time value of money and the risk-oriented modern financial risk control concept.Aimless expansion and development neglect financial risk control and fail to optimize the allocation of financial resources.Based on the theories related to the financial risk control of e-commerce enterprises,this paper combines theoretical research with practical cases,takes the internal control construction of M company's financial risk control as an example,explores the methods of financial risk control of e-commmerce enterprises in enterprise practice,and puts forward Suggestions for improving the financial risk control of e-commerce enterprises.Starting from the fundamental theory,control process and control method of internal control of financial risk,this paper identifies the organizational structure of M company,differentiates and analyzes the financial risk of M company,and summarizes the problems existing in each link of financial risk control of M company.Starting from the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the methods to solve the defects of financial risk internal control.At the same time,respectively from the viewpoint of its system construction and program implementation for analysis of the internal control activities in the positive role of enterprise financial risk management,and points out its deficiencies and defects still exist,for the M company establish efficient financial risk internal control system,sound development and expansion has strong practical application significance.
