Driven by Internet technology and driven by demand,virtual academic community built by network technology has become a significant trend.The Internet has extended offline academic exchanges to the virtual space,enabling academic participants with similar interests to achieve online communication.At the same time,knowledge exchange and transfer change with the trend,and by virtue of virtual academic community to achieve a substantial increase in sharing and communication efficiency.Based on large amount of data and knowledge update quickly,under the background of virtual academic community to explore and grasp the movement of virtual community academic knowledge,make the virtual academic community along the best route to transfer knowledge,and improve the knowledge transfer performance,better academic community cultivation and construction of the virtual environment is very important.Based on virtual academic community participants,this study discusses the virtual academic community participants and virtual knowledge transfer mechanism of action of performance between the academic community,thus MOA(motivation-opportunities-ability)theory as the breakthrough point,draw lessons from MOA framework to build the theoretical model of the virtual community knowledge transfer academic performance,academic study of virtual academic community participants the influence factors of knowledge transfer behavior,refined virtual academic community knowledge transfer model,in order to explore the academic knowledge transfer behavior of participants and the virtual mechanism between the academic community knowledge transfer performance.This study integrated use of questionnaire method,logical deduction method,structural equation model,such as research methods,combined with the quantitative and qualitative research,on the effective questionnaire data SPSS statistical analysis and structural equation model quantitative processing,based on the assumption of the theory deduction for the inspection.The results show that the distance of virtual academic community of knowledge transfer performance has partial intermediary role,members of the similarity is high,the knowledge transfer performance through knowledge of virtual academic community distance effect is more significant.On the basis of the research conclusion,the corresponding management countermeasures are proposed for the development of virtual academic community.
