The development of mobile information technology has profoundly changed the basic mode of knowledge creation and knowledge sharing.Enterprises constantly introduce and apply new IT technologies to improve the efficiency of knowledge management. The enterprise electronic knowledge base system based on explicit knowledge hypothesis aims to acquire and store the knowledge created by internal employees and promote the reuse of knowledge. In the wider Internet, various professional virtual communities have emerged as emerging knowledge sources.Professional virtual communities based on tacit knowledge hypothesis are designed to promote knowledge interaction by connecting professionals from all over the world and fans in the same field.Network knowledge and enterprise knowledge are highly complementary, and the knowledge transfer between them has gone beyond the knowledge creation model proposed by ikujiro nonaka. It is of considerable practical and theoretical value to investigate the knowledge transfer between professional virtual community and enterprise electronic knowledge base. This article from professional virtual community of users, the double identity of the user enterprise electronic knowledge base, creatively put forward the professional electronic virtual communities and enterprises of bidirectional knowledge transfer behavior between the knowledge base, facing the dual user provide the open questionnaire survey, summarized the characteristics of knowledge transfer behavior, define the behavior, develop the bidirectional knowledge transfer behavior scale;122 questionnaires were distributed and the reliability and validity of the newly developed scale were tested by using multiple indicators, which laid a foundation for the follow-up study on the causal mechanism. This paper reviews the theoretical literature in the field of knowledge transfer and knowledge creation, and summarizes the latest research on the use of professional virtual communities and the use of enterprise electronic knowledge base.Based on the theoreticalframework of planned behavior, the antecedents of bidirectional knowledge transfer behavior are investigated and compared from the perspectives of "I wish","I can" and "I should".At the same time, the behavior intention of users and the actual behavior frequency of knowledge transfer were measured, and the path model of "antecedent behavior--behavior intention--behavior frequency" was constructed to investigate the actual situation of knowledge transfer between professional virtual community and enterprise electronic knowledge base.By introducing knowledge distance, the moderating effect of knowledge distance on the antecedent mechanism of bidirectional knowledge transfer behavior is empirically tested. In this paper,331 valid samples were used for data processing with SPSS and AMOS statistical software, and regression analysis, dominance analysis, mediating effect test and moderating effect analysis were conducted. The results show that :(1)internal motivation, professional self-efficacy and community identity positively influence the intention of knowledge transfer from EKR to PVC(hereinafter referred to as community transfer intention);Among them, professional self-efficacy has the greatest influence.(2)external motivation, organizational self-esteem and corporate identity positively affect the knowledge transfer intention from PVC to EKR(hereinafter referred to as corporate transfer intention);Among them, corporate identity has the greatest influence.(3)knowledge transfer intention mediates the positive correlation between professional self-efficacy,community identity and community transfer behavior.(4)knowledge transfer intention cannot play an intermediary role in the positive correlation between internal and external motivation, organizational self-esteem,corporate identity and corporate transfer behavior.(5)knowledge distance negatively regulates the relationship between users' internal motivation and community transfer intention.(6)knowledge distance positively regulates the relationship between the external motivation of households and the transfer intention of enterprises. In this paper, the bidirectional knowledge transfer behavior between professional virtual community and enterprise electronic knowledge base is proposed for the first time, the antecedent mechanism of user knowledge transfer behavior is investigated, and the relevant theories of knowledge management are expanded, which provides support for enterprises to acquire new knowledge from professional virtual community on the Internet and accelerate internal innovation.
