Research On High-quality Tourism Development Of Protected Areas In Tai'an City

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the vigorous development of tourism,tourism industry has become a key industry in the development of protected areas.It is common for tourism activities to extend to the core area and buffer area on a large scale.Tourism in protected areas shows extensive development,which leads to irreconcilable phenomenon between tourism development and ecological protection,and they become a pair of contradictions.Starting from the concept of "high-quality development",the paper selects Tai'an protected areas as the specific research object,uses ecological protection as a means,and aims at high-quality development of regional ecotourism.Based on the dialectical relationship between the two,the paper discusses the high-quality development road of the natural reserve of Tai'an City.Firstly,this paper starts from the concept,analyzes the related concepts and connotations of protected areas,high-quality development,high-quality tourism development and high-quality tourism development of protected areas,and expounds the relevant theories of sustainable development theory,tourism environmental carrying capacity theory,functional zoning theory and ecological compensation theory,so as to provide theoretical basis for the research.Next,the paper systematically combs the distribution and types of natural reserves in Tai'an City,and adopts SWOT.This paper summarizes the four development advantages of Tai'an protected areas tourism,which are transportation advantage,policy advantage,system advantage and resource advantage.It also points out the restriction of the development level of society economy,industrial structure,tourism attraction and marketing mode to the development of Tai'an protected areas tourism.At the same time,this paper analyzes the opportunities and popularity brought by the construction of Mountain Tai National Park,the convenience of transportation,the national attention to the development of nature reserves and the cross regional cooperation of tourism industry,and points out the challenges brought by the deterioration of global ecological environment and the surrounding tourism destinations to the development of protected areas tourism in Tai'an city.This thesis focuses on the connotation and requirements of national high-quality development.The selection of indicators is based on the four basic aspects of the value of tourism resources in protected areas,the quality of tourism development in protected areas,and the capacity for sustainable development in protected areas.Based on the selection of four basic indicators of exhibition capacity,the evaluation system of four first level indicators and 25 second level indicators of regional tourism economic development level indicator,tourism resource value indicator,tourism development quality indicator and sustainable development capacity indicator of protected areas is constructed,which is used to carry out tourism in eight administrative regions of Tai'an City High quality development evaluation.According to the evaluation results,the high-quality tourism development level of Tai'an protected areas is divided into three levels: the high-level area with a comprehensive score of more than 80 points,the medium level area with a comprehensive score of 60-80 points,and the low-level area with a comprehensive score of less than 60 points.According to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the ideas of high-quality tourism development of protected areas,such as the development of different levels,the construction of "Mountain Tai National Park",the strengthening of ecological environmental protection measures,and the integration of cross nature reserves.Then the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the high-quality development of the tourism of the protected areas in the high,medium and low-level areas,and discusses the suggestions for the high-quality development of the national parks,nature reserves and all kinds of nature parks.This paper tries to explore the idea of high-quality tourism development in Tai'an protected areas,which can be used for reference to promote the protection and rational utilization of the protected areas and the high-quality tourism development in Tai'an.
