Research On Time And Space Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Tourism Efficiency In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei City

As the third pole of the Chinese economy,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has an important strategic position and has achieved remarkable results in recent years.In the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,tourism has already taken the lead,and its rise and development have affected all aspects of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban development.Tourism has become an important economic form on which the economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region depends.In addition,with the continuous development of the economy,expansion of income channels,improvement of income levels,and the accelerating pace of consulption upgrade optimization,the demand for tourism is increasing,and the development and upgrading of tourism is imperative.This study selects the tourism efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities(Beijing,Tianjin,and 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei)as the research object,analyzes the input and output characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban tourism,and determines the measurement of tourism in this paper,define an indicator system for efficiency.Then,let the collected and processed indicator data input into the input-based super DEA model,measured and the tourism super-efficiency of each city in 2001-2016.Then,the Malmquist Productivity Index is used to analyze the dynamic evolution characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban tourism efficiency.Through the stage analysis,the special time nodes are selected to visualize the tourism efficiency space of each city.Based on the calculation results of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban tourism super-efficiency from 2001 to 2016,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city was established as a research object,the time span was 2001-2016,and seven variables affecting the tourism efficiency of the city were established.The Tobit regression model was established.Quantitatively study the influencing factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban tourism efficiency,and then analyze the influence degree and variation characteristics of various influencing factors on the tourism efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city.Finally,the overall tourism efficiency is rising,but there is a certain degree of volatility;the city needs to expand its scale according to its own efficiency value,improve technology,focus on innovation,and divide its development into three stages;the spatial distribution is not balanced.High-efficiency cities have spillover effects;different influencing factors have different effects on tourism efficiency at different time periods,and the significant effects are not the same.Then propose to strengthen the supervision of relevant departments,and link the overall ejfforts of the parties to make targeted recommendations.
