Research On The Evaluation Of Gree Electric's Financial Capability Under The Entropy Method

The financial ability of an enterprise is the force exerted by the enterprise on financially controllable resources,the organic combination of the accumulated financial knowledge and financial resources of the enterprise,and the value reflection of the vitality and comprehensive strength of the enterprise.It is also an important part of the company's core competitiveness.Therefore,to enhance the core competitiveness of an enterprise,it is necessary to improve its financial capabilities.The improvement of the company's financial ability must be based on its correct evaluation.This article selects Gree Electrical Appliances,a representative enterprise in the home appliance industry,as the research object,and selects the solvency of the debt based on the principle of combining the purpose and accuracy,scientificity and comprehensiveness,relativity and systematicness,and quantitative and qualitative.,Profitability,operation capability and development capability,and a total of 16 secondary financial evaluation indicators.Based on the full consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the respective methods,the entropy weight method is selected to give the corresponding weight to the evaluation indicators,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to itemize and comprehensively evaluate the financial capabilities of Gree Electric Appliance Enterprises.On this basis,another group representing the enterprise Midea in the home appliance industry was selected for horizontal comparison.The research results show that Gree Electric's solvency has a downward trend,especially compared with Midea Group;the trend is more obvious;the profitability has steadily increased and its performance has always been better than Midea Group;although its operating capacity is better than Midea Group,the fluctuations are obvious;The development capability is similar to that of Midea Group,but similar to Midea Group,both show a trend of shock and convergence.Finally,this paper proposes that Gree Electric should adjust the corporate debt model,reduce the asset-liability ratio,reduce the property rights ratio,and strengthen long-term debt repayment ability;maintain the net sales rate,increase the operating gross profit margin,and strengthen the sales revenue capacity;increase the fixed asset turnover rate and increase the liquidity Policy recommendations on asset turnover,enhancing asset utilization,increasing operating income,and comprehensively improving development capabilities.
