Research On Regional Rural Tourism Planning Based On Resource Evaluation And Industrial Agglomeration Theory

The construction of rural tourism areas is an important way to revitalize the countryside,and the application of industrial agglomeration theory in the development planning of rural tourism can give full play to the advantages of industrial clusters,tourism resources gathering and efficient and convenient tourism operation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to select developed regions in southern Jiangsu and carry out research on rural tourism planning based on theoretical guidance.This article starts with the status quo of the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,summarizes the research results of relevant theories at home and abroad,focuses on the value quantification of rural tourism resources,and is based on the ecological landscape resources,ecological environmental quality,agricultural resources and industrial chain The field survey of the system,existing leisure agriculture and rural tourism projects,combined with the analysis of regional transportation and accessibility,applied the quantitative evaluation method of tourism resources to evaluate its development value,and concluded that the comprehensive score of the research area reached 42.8,belonging to the first grade.The grades of leisure agriculture and rural tourism resources indicate that Xueyan Town has high development conditions and potential for leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Based on the above evaluation,applying industrial agglomeration theories and methods,combined with other relevant theories,mainly from the development of positioning,development objectives,development ideas,industrial structure and layout,planning and promotion of integration of agricultural and tourism projects,the existing industry integration project The main results of planning for leisure agrieulture and rural tourism in Xueyan Town were studied and proposed in terms of planning for the promotion and construction of new rural tourism integration projects,allocation of rural tourism service points and circuit planning,and planning of tourism product planning and business activities.Finally,through quantitative analysis and evaluation of the spatial clistering characteristics of leisure agriculture and rural tourism projects before and after the case planning,it is concluded that the scores of the collective degree of recreational agriculture and rural tourism projects in Xueyan town become higher,and the NNI value of the overall tourism project changes from 1.67 to 1.42,the NNI values of the classification items were also significantly reduced.After exploring the hot spots of the rural tourist spots in XueyanTown,the coverage of first-order hotspots and second-order hotspots has been expanded,which proves that the planned rural tourist spots have enhanced agglomeration characteristics,which is also consistent with the development of domestic tourism.Enhanced trend.The analysis and appraisal of the spatial distribution and degree of integration before and after the planning of the rural tourism in Xuepu Town not only shows the advanced nature of the planning results,but also provides a basis for the agglomeration of related rural tourism projects.
