The Study On High-quality Development Policy Of Industry Agglomeration Area In Shangqiu City

As a unique regional economic model,the industrial agglomeration area has contributed over 70% to the growth of investment in Shangqiu City.Obviously,it has become an important platform for Shangqiu City to open to the outside world and investment promotion as well as an important carrier for industrial transformation,innovation and development.Furthermore,the industrial agglomeration area has gradually become the core growth pole of economic development and the leading force of county economic development.Although the construction and development of the industrial agglomeration area after 10 years has fully proved that it is correct and consistent with actual development as a strategic measure to promote overall economic development,the current resource-intensive and labor-intensive development model of the industrial agglomeration area can no longer meet the economic development needs of Shangqiu City.To promote the rapid economic development of Shangqiu,the development mode and economic structure of the industrial agglomeration area need to be changed urgently,which puts forward an urgent demand for high-quality development policies.The article focuses on the high-quality development policy of the industrial agglomeration areas in Shangqiu City.The development status of the industrial agglomeration areas and the implementation of current high-quality development policies are evaluated based on foreign theoretical and domestic research results through questionnaires,data analysis and field trips.Through the above analysis,the major contradictions and policy hazards that restrict the high-quality development of the current industrial agglomeration area are identified,in the future which will play a certain reference role in establishing and improving the high-quality development policy system of the industrial agglomeration area in Shangqiu City.The main line of article is: In the introduction,the research background,research purpose and significance,the status of theoretical research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods as well as main innovation are briefly introduced.The second chapter is about the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.In this chapter,the internal and external factors,development laws and general mechanisms of industrial agglomeration and high-quality development are summarized.In the third chapter,the analysis of the high-quality development policy of the industrial agglomeration area in Shangqiu City is elaborated.Based on the basic situation of the 11 provincial-level industrial agglomeration areas in Shangqiu City and an interpretation of the current high-quality development policies,two methods of data analysis and questionnaire analysis were used to conduct the evaluation of the operation of the policy.In Chapter 4,the problems in the current high-quality development policy of the industrial agglomeration area in Shangqiu City are analyzed based on the evaluation results.Finally,in the fifth chapter,we put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for future policy formulation of the industrial agglomeration area in Shangqiu City.
