Study On The Development Model And Approach Of Rural Collective Economy In Mianyang City

Rural collective economy refers to the economic organization,which is owned by rural communities and members,whose main means of production belong to the rural community and their members,and which carry out joint labor and enjoy the fruits of labor together,which is an important part of the rural economy and a matter of general concern to farmers.The development of rural collective economy is related to the prosperity and stability of rural areas,and it is also an important material basis for strengthening the cohesion of rural grass-roots and realizing the revitalization of rural areas.After the abolition of the people's commune system,the forms,functions and ways of collective economy in rural areas of our country have undergone essential changes.In the "land collective ownership,farmers contract management" operating system mechanism,liberating the rural productivity,but also let the rural collective economic organizationand and the village two committees in the function of a great deal of coincident.On the whole,China's rural collective economic development is unbalanced,the foundation is unstable,is the most extensive phenomenon and problem.The report of the 19 th National Congress puts forward "deepening the reform of the rural collective property right system,safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers' property and strengthening the rural collective economy".It can be seen that the current solution of economic contradictions in rural society is focused on the development and expansion of rural collective economy.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the mode and way of the development of rural collective economy.In this paper,the rural collective economy in Mianyang,Sichuan,is selected as the research object,and the research methods and methods of literature consultation,questionnaire survey,field visit and factor analysis method are used to carry out the research,data collection and analysis on the current situation of the rural collective economy in Mianyang City.In recent years,Mianyang City combined with its own development reality,actively respond to national policies and guidelines,increase support for the rural collective economy,rural collective economy continues to grow,but the development still faces many problems.In order to seek more opportunities for development in difficult situations,First of all,based on the background of the development of rural collective economy and the significance of research,this paper explains the relevant concepts,the supporting theory of selecting research,and summarizes the characteristics and problems that Mianyang's rural collective economy has shown in the process of development.To study and summarize the current rural collective economic development model in Mianyang City and evaluate the model,and finally,based on the above-mentioned research,the method of rural collective economic development in Mianyang City is preferred,and some countermeasures are put forward for the rural collective economic development in Mianyang City.And in this way hope that this study can provide theoretical reference and practical application value for the development and growth of the rural collective economy in Mianyang City.
