An Study On The Problem Of Regional Economy Development In The City Of Mianyang, Sichuan Province

County regional economy has becoming a question of interest for both theory and policy in recent years. At present, a majority of zone county regional economy's development situation in china is lagged behind, which is depressing, so the research on how to develop county regional economy in china has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper use mianyang as research object to analyze the problem existing in the development of county regional economy, employing a variety analyzing methods , such as empirical analyze combined with normative research, quantitative analysis combined qualitative analysis, literature information methods , and so on, then we put forward countermeasures to expedite the development of county regional economy, expecting to provide useful reference value for the development of mianyang's county regional economy. This paper is the introduction, including the significance of this research, research methods and the brief introduction of the general framework.; we mainly expound the relating content with county regional economy, in order to providing empirical study with theoretical foundation; we analyze the county regional economy's development of mianyang, and build a evaluating model to comment; we based on the conclusion of empirical and qualitative analysis, we expound the factors constraining county regional economy's development of mianyang and analyze the reasons.; In the final section, aiming at the problem existing in the process of county regional economy's development of mianyang, we suggest that optimizing industry structure, cultivating characteristic leading industry, strengthening the financial services, to push the county regional economy to have sustainable development.We finally conclude that developing county regional economy is not only a difficult task, bus also a complicated systems engineering. We need to conduct reform and adjustment both in system and policy, and deepen urban and rural reforms to advance county regional economy have great-leap-forward development.
