The new challenge of the market has become an important problem to be solved urgently by the safety production education and training company.Based on the theory of value chain and company transformation and upgrading,combined with the existing literature research results,this paper takes the transformation and upgrading of safety production training service enterprises as the research object.Firstly,through literature induction and expert research,it sorts out the influencing factors that affect the transformation and upgrading of safety training service enterprises,and then obtains the data through questionnaire survey,using binary selection model Through quantitative analysis,the internal influence mechanism of different factors on the transformation and upgrading of safety production training enterprises is obtained.Finally,take Z Company as a case,focus on the research of Z company's business model transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of Z company's business model development status and problems,use PEST analysis method to analyze the external influencing factors of Z company's business model transformation and upgrading development,use SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal influencing factors of Z company's business model transformation and upgrading,and finally from the enterprise value From the perspective of chain,the paper puts forward the optimization suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of Z company's business model.This paper studies that Z company is upgrading its business model,focusing on strengthening product upgrading,actively grasping the new market demand,strengthening brandmanagement,further extending the enterprise value chain,strengthening channel expansion,and gradually sinking the market sales level.
