Research On Influencing Factors In Enterprise Transformation And Upgrading

In recent years,China’s economic growth has been developed slow,and the evolution process has been characterized by more rational structure and higher form.The sustainable development of enterprises is extremely important for economic development.Therefore,research topics on enterprise transformation and upgrading have received increasing attention in recent years.The activities of enterprise transformation and upgrading are complex.Some enterprises have taken certain measures to improve their technical capabilities,but they are still at the low end of the technology chain.Transformation and upgrading enterprises involve many aspects of the enterprise and need to mobilize various resources to enhance all aspects of the enterprise.However,as a local later-developing enterprise,it is impossible to have high capabilities in all aspects.Therefore,research on the factors that affect the transformation and upgrading of enterprises has far-reaching implications for enterprise path selection.This paper selects local typical enterprises as research samples,explores the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and reveals the element configuration that affects the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.This paper reviews and analyzes the existing literature,and selects Galanz’s microwave oven products,BYD’s automotive products,Mindray’s ultrasonic equipment and East’s uninterruptible power supply as a typical case of transformation and upgrading process which through rooted analysis draws three key influencing factors of innovation chain governance,resource network embedding and market opportunity that affect the transformation and upgrading process.This paper uses the fsQCA comparison method to empirically analyze 35 samples and finds four key influencing factors configuration for realizing the transformation and upgrading path of the enterprise.These configurations are strong dominant degree of stock technology knowledge migration and large breadth of resource network embeddness with the large scale of the market demand;the strong dominant degree of the core technology research and development,weak dominant degree of stock technology knowledge migration and the large breadth and depth of resource network embeddness;the strong dominant degree of the core technology research and development,the strong resource network embeddness with the large scale of market demand and diversity of market demand;the strong dominant degree of the core technology research and development,weak dominant degree of stock technology knowledge migration,the large resource network embeddness and the large diversity of market demand.The research findings in this paper are as follows: First,it is found that the factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises present a configuration of characteristics,and the process of promoting enterprise transformation and upgrading is the result of interaction of multiple conditional configurations and points out that the path of transformation and upgrading of late-stage enterprises is diversified.While paying attention to the core technology research and development links,There is still a need to pay attention to the reasonable combination of existing stock knowledge transfer and product conceptualization and R&D links and knowledge transfer links;The second is to summarize the technical knowledge systems in the innovation chain and the resource network embedded about the interaction relationship are different in terms specific dimensions in the different stages of the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading.The third is to point out the core role of the core technology conceptualization and R&D link in the innovation chain governance elements and resource network embedding.The fourth is to reveal that the influencing factors not only show the characteristics of dynamic evolution,and the role of influencing factors continue to grow stronger in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading.This paper not only improves the related research on enterprise transformation and upgrading,but also provides reference for the choice of enterprise transformation and upgrading path with different comprehensive strengths,which has certain theoretical significance and practical guiding significance.
