The electric power design enterprise plays an important role in the development of the power industry.After nearly 40 years of rapid economic development,the domestic power design enterprises gradually formed a relatively complete competition pattern with market demand oriented and main business as the mode.After 2002,the degree of competition in electric power design enterprises and between the province and region and the region began to strengthen;in addition,large foreign engineering company since China joined WTO in 2001 after Chinese also began to enter the electricity market,and the domestic electric power design enterprises to carve up the market cake;from the electric power market demand,the demand for electricity will enter after 2030 the saturation of low growth stage.Faced with the increasing number of competitors and the shrinking market share in China,how to locate and develop electric power design enterprises is a major research topic for all design companies.This paper starts from the perspective of value chain theory,value chain and value chain theory as a guide to electric power design enterprise as the research object,using the method of literature research,summarized the research methods analysis empirical research method,discusses the value chain upgrading Electric Power Design Enterprises Based on business transformation.This paper first analyzes the position and value in the industry value chain in electric power design enterprises,study the value chain upgrading,discusses in theory of value chain management of electric power design enterprise,combined with the relevant chart data analysis of the key problems of electric power design enterprise.Then use the method of empirical research,aiming at electric power design enterprise value chain upgrading influence factors by empirical analysis,through the analysis of the results,the risk control capability of electric power design enterprise management level,enterprise technology innovation ability,the enterprise capital operation level and the enterprise of electric power design enterprise value chain upgrading the level of contribution is about 47%and 22%respectively.10%,and about 4.7%.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,this paper puts forward the route and guarantee measures for the business transformation of electric power design enterprises based on the value chain upgrading.Through this research,not only a comprehensive analysis of the relevant position in the industry value chain in the current electric power design enterprises in China,at the same time through the empirical way to find the factors which affect the electric power design enterprises to upgrade the value chain,according to the restricting factors put forward the development of road concrete size and safeguard measures.The study of this paper has a certain theoretical and practical value for the power design enterprises to recognize their own development status and develop a reasonable development strategy.
