Research On The Planning Of Agricultural Park Based On The Integration Of Three Industries Led By Research And Development

With the rapid development of agricultural technology in China,the traditional planting industry has been unable to meet market needs,and agricultural production methods need to be transformed into advanced,scientific,and large-scale.Under this background,the agricultural industrial park with R & D as the main focus of the integration of the three industries has gradually become the development trend of modern agricultural parks.Agricultural research and development can give full play to the characteristics of the agricultural industrial structure,improve agricultural industrialization,and make agricultural parks richer and more competitive force.At present,there are very few related researches on agricultural parks that are dominated by research and development,and based on this,this article conducts a systematic research on modern agricultural parks dominated by agricultural research and development.Based on investigating the psychological demands of the serviced groups,The planning and design practice was carried out in combination with Xiancao Valley Industrial Park.Based on a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures,this article first makes an in-depth understanding of the connotation and extension of modern agriculture,and explores the significance of agricultural research and development to extend the industrial chain,increasing the added value of agricultural products and promote agricultural modernization.It also reviews and analyzes typical foreign cases,finds successful experiences and disadvantages in the development of modern agricultural parks,and explores ways to build modern agricultural parks.Secondly,the author through the questionnaire survey form to the public for the psychological demands of the research and development of the dominant agriculture parks has carried on the investigation and study,and by using SPSS Principal Component Analysis,five-level Likert scale and Bartlett sphere test methods such as data analysis of the results of the survey,finally summarized the audience demand for research and development as the leading Agricultural park,late to guide agricultural park planning practice.Finally,based on the above theories,the author takes Xiancao valley as an example to carry out the actual planning of the agricultural park.First of all,the study summarizes dominated by developing agriculture park planning and design of the tertiary industry integration of the main points,and then on Xiancao valley site conditions fully analysis,grasp the opportunities and challenges under a premise of the construction of the project of the specific planning: planning respectively from the aspects such as planning and positioning,planning principle,planning ideas and defined the direction of bone valley agricultural park planning,research and development impetus tertiary industry respectively from fusion and park operation mechanism two aspects mainly master,safeguard zone operation flow;Finally,the planning and design steps and contents of Xiancao valley are expounded comprehensively,and the overall planning and individual planning of the park are carried out.R & D drives the planning for the integration of the three industries: First,the park will strengthen the leading force of the second industry through the construction of a professional scientific research team,plan to hire multiple experts,introduce technical personnel from various fields,build a professional scientific research team,and set up academician workstations,scientific research and development in the park.Centers,etc.,to realize the research and development of new varieties of Huangjing,innovation of Huangjing products,and scientific management of Huangjing’s scientific cultivation;and then use advanced research and development technology and planting concepts to ensure the efficient production of one yield,such as the establishment of Huangjing standard planting demonstration area and Huangjing forest in the park The lower planting area and Huangjing Demonstration Garden have adopted scientific and large-scale methods to ensure the efficient planting of Huangjing,which has played a leading role in the cultivation of Huangjing in the surrounding area of Xiancao Valley and the radiation zone.Third,the construction of agricultural product processing production lines in the park.The new products developed will be processed and manufactured on a large scale to promote the upgrading of the agricultural industry model.Finally,the construction of the tertiary industry tourism service industry will be improved to achieve the integration of the tertiary industry.The operation mechanism of the park: The park promotes the cooperation between college,enterprises,scientific research units and the park’s production,teaching and research,and further enhances the park’s scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation ability and the demonstration and radiation driving ability of the park to the surrounding areas;using the chief expert responsibility system,establish a stable scientific research support system and scientific research links;establish a park construction management committee to manage the construction and planning of the park in a unified manner to ensure the smooth and orderly construction.Through the above mechanisms,the stable and rapid development of the park is guaranteed.Through the above systematic planning,the Xiancao Valley will be built into a scientific research-led agriculture-industrial-integrated agricultural park,which will improve the comprehensive benefits of the park and fully realize the demonstration leading role of the park.Reform of the agricultural industrial structure has accelerated the process of agricultural modernization.It is hoped that this research can provide a reference for the development of agricultural research and development and the planning and construction of modern agricultural parks.
