Study On Farmland Integration Planning

The agricultural complex with three industries is the only way for China's agricultural development,and it is also an effective means to increase the production and income.It is also a direct measure to solve the problem of villagers' employment on the spot and getting rid of poverty.With the direction of helping local villagers increase the land output,their income,and alleviate the poverty,this research studied the water system treatments,the land consolidation,industrial structure planning,secondary product development,and comprehensive development of rural tourism in the Wen River section of GongLi Town.Furthermore,how to create a complex of the agricultural integration in this area was also studied.A Ten Thousand Acres Lotus Agricultural Park in GongLi Town,XinTai City,was designed based on these studies with the concept of pastoral complexes.This research included two parts,theoretical research and practical research.The theoretical research is composed of three parts.Firstly,it explained the connotation and extended concept of the agricultural complex,the differences with general agricultural tourism parks,agricultural science and technology parks,and agricultural demonstration parks were summarized.Secondly,the necessity and far-reaching significance of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas was studied.Finally,the key technologies to build the agricultural complexes were raised and both the advantages and disadvantages of the completed agricultural complexes were discussed.The practice research was carried out based on the theoretical research.Firstly,the environment was fully understood and the project site profile was analyzed,which included the functional positioning,target positioning,water system management ideas,industrial structure adjustment ideas,precise poverty alleviation means,first-product improvement measures,secondary production promotion measures,three-product development measures,and cultural excavation measures.Based on these surveys,the overall planning of the project site was decided.Secondly,two landscapes of the dry and long dike and a reflection of the lotus were figured out with the managements of the water system.The second production was also developed,which would extend the industrial chain and promote tourism participation.Finally,the local history was fully researched,which was then used to explore the cultural tourism and to develop the Eight Scenes in the Palace.This research raised a new idea that the pastoral complex would promote the development of traditional agriculture and the three-dimensional breeding model,leading the agriculture to muti-industrial and muti-functional integrated real economy.This design would make a beautiful country landscape and realize the targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,through the creation of this project,many things would be improved,including the output value of land production,the water storage and discharge ability of the water system,the local ecological environment.More jobs would be provided for local residents,resulting in an improved life quality for them.“It is better to teach people how to fish than to give people fish." The purpose of this design was to find a method for local residents to make money.This research helps to explore effective ways for rural revitalization and contributes to the development of our country's agriculture.
