Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Tourism Industry In Anyang City From The Perspective Of Comparative Advantage

With the transformation and upgrading of social and economic structure,tourism has become a potential driver of sustainable development of urban.As one of the eight ancient capitals in China,Anyang has a good tourism resource endowment,but its competitive and comparative advantages are not outstanding.How to make good use of the existing tourism resource endowment to make policy guidance and relevant planning and promote the further vigorous development of tourism is of great significance to the realization of Anyang's tourism industry goal of "100 Billion" and the city's strategic goal of "One Return,Six Major".This paper,from the perspective of comparative advantage,using the theory of public policy analysis,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of tourism in Anyang city,deeply analyzed the main problems and internal causes of tourism in Anyang city,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures from the government level.Firstly,this paper expounded and comments on the current situation,characteristics,problems,influencing factors and countermeasures of tourism development,and briefly summarized the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of public policy analysis.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant concepts of tourism and the theoretical connotation of comparative advantage,and analyzes the development status of tourism in Anyang city from five aspects: the tourism resource endowment,the transportation location,the tourism policy,the tourism economy and tourist satisfaction.Then it analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in Anyang's tourism industry,and explains the deep-rooted reasons for the insufficient development of its comparative advantage.Finally,from the perspective of comparative advantage theory,the government's countermeasures for the development of Anyang's tourism industry were put forward in a targeted manner: from the policy positioning and industrial planning aspects,the government's industrial guiding role should be improved;Optimizing the tourism development model in terms of driving margins and industry aggregation;improving the overall innovation level of Anyang's tourism industry in terms of strengthening innovation awareness and fostering innovation capabilities.
