Equity incentive is an important incentive method in modern enterprise operation and management.It grants certain economic rights to corporate executives,professional managers,backbone managers and other managers by granting them a certain amount of equity,so that they can share the results of corporate profits and Take on business risks together.The benefits of managers are closely linked to the company's destiny through equity incentives.On the one hand,it can solve the problem of the long-term inconsistency between the manager and the company's long-term development goals.Encourage employees to work hard to create more value for the company's work,so as to improve company performance and promote long-term development of the company.Although equity incentives have now become a normalized incentive model in China,there are still problems to be solved,and many aspects are still incomplete.Poly Real Estate has been implementing equity incentives since 2011.Although there is a lot of research on equity incentives at present,most of them are about private enterprises.There are not many researches on equity incentives for real estate companies in China.As a state-owned enterprise,Poly Real Estate's good experience in the implementation of equity incentives,imperfections in the design of incentive schemes,and problems in the implementation process all have certain reference and significance for listed companies in China's real estate industry and even other industries.This paper takes the case of two real estate equity incentive plans implemented by Poly Real Estate as a case study.First,it discusses the specific content of the two companies and the two equity incentive plans.Then,combined with the motivations of implementing equity incentives,from the financial and non-financial directions,the comprehensive analysis of the incentive effects of Poly Real Estate.Finally,summarize the problems and reasons in the design and implementation of the scheme.It also puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of designing more reasonable performance evaluation indicators and improving equity incentive plans,hoping to provide some reference for other companies preparing to implement equity incentives.
