Research On Rural Industry Integration Model And Time-space Difference

The 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the strategy for rural revitalization,which once again focused the attention of the whole party and society on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The importance of agriculture is self-evident,so the modernization of the country is inseparable from the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas so as to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.In the strategy of rural revitalization,the emphasis is put on the prosperity of industries,including the construction of a system of integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.Therefore,the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is the priority among priorities of the rural revitalization strategy.In this context,this paper studies the development level of rural industrial integration in various provinces throughout the country and probes into the current trend and development problems of industrial integration.This paper firstly sorts out the research status of the integration of rural three industries,and then constructs the evaluation index system of the integration of rural three industries by referring to the previous studies.According to this evaluation system,the level of the integration of rural three industries in various provinces and cities is compared and analyzed.The characteristics of the three fusion modes in the evaluation index and the entry point of fusion are studied by case analysis.Finally,according to the results of this study,some Suggestions are provided for the development and construction of rural industry integration in the whole country.The results are as follows:In this study,the agricultural evaluation index system was built,and the criterion layer of the index system was built from four aspects of three integration modes and the economic effect of industrial integration.Based on the criterion layer,12 specific indicators were constructed according to the development reality of China and the integrity of the indicators.According to the evaluation index system of rural industrial integration,the industrial integration level of 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in 2008,2011,2014 and 2017 was measured,and the coupling coordination degree of the three integration modes in the index system with economic effect was also measured.The results show that on the whole,the integration of rural industries in China is on the rise.By 2017,nearly two thirds of the provinces have entered the development stage,but there is still room for improvement from the mature stage.The development degree and trend of the coupling coordination degree of different fusion modes and economic effects are different.The coupling and coordination degree between the extended integration model of agricultural industry chain and economic effect tends to slow down,but the development difference between regions tends to decrease.The development of the coupling and coordination degree between agricultural multifunctional development mode and economic effect is in the general trend of continuous optimization,but the law of spatial differentiation is more complex.The coupling and coordination degree between the integration model of agricultural services and economic effects is the best developed at present.By 2017,nearly half of the provinces had entered the primary coordination stage,and the overall differentiation law between regions is that the east is better than the west.The fusion mode of different fusion themes in different regions is studied by case analysis.First of all,this paper believes that the choice of fusion mode in each region should be based on local conditions,which is a big direction.To be specific,it is more suitable for leading agricultural enterprises,but attention should also be paid to strengthen cooperation with small farmers.As for the agricultural multi-function model,the leading integrating body is the platform such as the regional government or agricultural tourism cooperatives,but the implementation is still promoted by the small farmers and other grassroots operating units at the specific implementation level.As for the model of integration of agriculture and service industry,the leading players are generally the new business entities of agricultural technology companies and cooperative associations.At last,this study makes policy Suggestions for the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary
