The enterprise in tne growth period always faces both opportunities and challenges,and also has a hign falling rate. If we can solve the problems of the enterprise in the growth period is the key to the success of it. The thesis limits the enterprise's growth period firstly, and then analyses the management characteristic and existing problems of the enterprise in the growth period, establishes a matrix which shows the SWOT analysis for the enterprise in growth period. This matrix is designed for the enterprise as a reference when making strategies. Then analyzes the strategic choice of the enterprise in the growth period.The whole thesis is divided into six parts:Part one, introduction, recommend the background, research necessity, introduces the method and way.Part two,the concept and theoretical basis of of strategy management and enterprise life cycle.Part three, limits the enterprise's growth period considering the theory of corporate 1 ifecycles into the strategy-making process with the regression analysis.Part four, combined with the SWOT analysis, establishes a matrix which shows the SWOT analysis for the enterprise of the growth period, by considering the characteristics shown in different phases of the enterprise as the basis for the enterprise's internal analysis. This matrix is designed for the enterprise as a reference when making strategies. And also analyzes the strategic choice of the enterprise in the growth period.Part five, the case analysis. The author analyzes the strategies of two different enterprises in the growth period, and compares the strategies with the conclusion. The author makes a division among the strategies available to the enterprise, which will make it convenient for the growth period enterprise to choose its strategy.The last part is the conclusion of the research.
