Research On Tax Collection And Management Of Art Ceramics

Jingdezhen is recognized as the "Capital of Porcelain" in Chinese history,with its artistic ceramics being well-known overseas.Its wares have the characteristics of"as white as jade,as thin as paper,as bright as a mirror,and as loud as a bell".Driven by abundant manpower resources and super artistic skills,Jingdezhen's artistic ceramics industry has enjoyed an everlasting reputation spanning over one thousand years.It is not only unmatched by other manufacturing regions in China,but also unique in the history of world ceramics.Through "Silk Road" and "One Belt and One Road",magnificent and precious porcelain has become an important link promoting the economic and cultural exchange between our country and foreign nations.I have been working in the tax department of Jingdezhen for five years.During this period,I noticed some problems existing in its artistic ceramics industry.For example,the tax policy is not adjusted to local conditions and the tax collection and administration is not efficient enough.I think these problems will restrict the further development of local industry.In the meantime,I also noticed that the local tax department had reported some bottleneck problems to the superior departments and leaders through multiple channels and proposed a series of suggestions which have received positive responses in return.These suggestions include reducing the tax burden,applying the tax policy of cultural creative industry to handmade porcelain industry,unifying and standardizing the tax policy applicable to the artistic ceramic celebrities and so on.So far,positive results have been achieved in our efforts to promote policy development.The output value and tax revenue of artistic ceramics industry are increasing year by year,which plays a great role in promoting the economic and social development of Jingdezhen.Under the current situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation",based on relevant literature research and the actual situation in Jingdezhen,I'm going to analyze the present tax collection and administration in its artistic ceramics industry,probe into the existing problems and finally put forward some targeted measures and improving suggestions so as to promote the healthy development of the industry and maximize the efficiency and quality of the work.
