Logistics Model Empirical Research

With the rapid development of commerce, logistics distribution, regarded as the breakpoint of digging"the third profit resource", has been developing rapidly. How to find the reasonable logistics distribution mode adapting to China is an important problem involved in the development of logistics.On the way of globalization of economy, electronic commerce acts as a more and more important role. It influences the existence and development of enterprises, and brings about new challenges and opportunities. In e-commerce environment, that how to raise the level of logistics distribution service so that the demands of customers can be satisfied, cost can be reduced, and competing ability can be improved has become a important issue in the field of theory and practice .In this paper, the engendering and development, business flow and functions of logistics distribution are analyzed. Moreover, logistics distribution as an important link and the realizing of e-commerce are discussed.First, this paper introduces the setting-up form and development of modern logistics concept. Besides, it analyzes the logistics distribution mode and the operation process of e-commerce. It points out the relationship which was mutually dependent and supportive between the modern logistics and electronic business.
