| In recent years,China is in the middle and late stages of industrialization.As one of the main bodies of knowledge and technological innovation,producer services play an important role in improving production efficiency,reducing production costs and improving the level of specialization.The development of producer services has attracted great attention of our government,and has been included in the national "11th Five-Year Plan" to "13th Five-Year Plan".Many regions and central cities have also listed producer services as key industries or even pillar industries.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions in eastern China have taken the lead in industrial restructuring,and producer services are playing an increasingly prominent role in their GDP.Liaoning Province,as a major manufacturing province in China,lags far behind other developed provinces in terms of scale and speed of development of the industry,which is the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Liaoning Province.The steady development of economy has hindered the development of economy to a certain extent.Therefore,focusing on the development of producer services,relying on the advantages of traditional industries and resources in Liaoning Province,accelerating the application and promotion of modern information technology achievements in the market demand,realizing the benign interaction between producer services and other industry ministries,improving the efficiency of resource utilization,transforming the mode of economic development and realizing Liaoning Province The sustained,steady and healthy development of Liaoning's economy is of great significance.Based on the concept of producer service industry and the theory of industrial agglomeration,this thesis analyzes the development of producer service industry in Liaoning Province from three aspects: the internal structure of the industry,the employment situation of the industry,and the capital factor situation,and selects the location entropy index to measure and analyze the agglomeration level of producer service industry in Liaoning Province from the perspective of the whole and the branch industry,and sorts out the students in LiaoningProvince Based on the analysis of the location,policy and industry advantages of industrial service industry agglomeration,it is found that although the financial industry has the highest degree of agglomeration,the number of employees is far lower than that of transportation,storage and post industry,and its talent structure and specialization level need to be improved;the added value of real estate industry and fixed asset investment account for a large proportion,but the overall degree of agglomeration is relatively low,and the location entropy is relatively low 0.840,only higher than leasing and business services.In order to explore the mechanism and reason behind the phenomenon and promote the balanced and steady development of producer services agglomeration in Liaoning Province,this thesis,based on the actual situation of Liaoning Province,selects six influencing factors of manufacturing industry agglomeration level,knowledge intensity,city scale,degree of opening to the outside world,government behavior and information level to explore their impact on producer services agglomeration in Liaoning Province On the basis of refining the certification results,combined with the impact degree and the current situation of producer services agglomeration in our province,the thesis puts forward relatively reasonable policy suggestions from six aspects,namely,consolidating the agglomeration of manufacturing industry,implementing the mode of "introducing and training talents simultaneously",deepening the opening-up,promoting the coordinated development between cities,promoting the construction of informatization level,and strengthening the regulation and control of government.. |
