Spatial agglomeration is a highlight in the process of producer services development of economy and industry, regional space and city space structure of reconstruction significantly affected by the phenomenon There is no denying the fact that the service industry of heilongjiang province, especially the development of producer services is still in the first stage of the development and present a low level, structure dispersion and concentration degree is not high, in the face of these problems, in order to seek its development, we must base on the situation of heilongjiang province, in the experience and achievements of predecessors' research and practice at the same time, in the profound analysis of producer services agglomeration status and change trend and the influence factors, on the basis of actively seek out its development path, this is undoubtedly of great significance to the development of the service industry and economic development in Heilongjiang Province.Based on Industry Cluster and producer services related theory, drawing on the production of service-related research achievements at home and abroad gathered, first of all, from the overall analysis of the status quo and the current status of its agglomeration of producer services; Secondly the space gini coefficient is adopted to six producer services industry in heilongjiang province to measure the spatial distribution of balance; Again the location entropy index are 12 district cities of heilongjiang province six to measure the level of agglomeration of producer services industry, and analyzes its characteristics; Finally, from the market demand, manufacturing agglomeration, information level and quality of human capital, financial development degree and government policies that six aspects:to construct the corresponding model the influence factors of producer services agglomeration of heilongjiang province empirical analysis, finds out the factors impact on the industry agglomeration significantly, put forward countermeasures to promote the development of producer services agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that the productive service industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province level is not high, the big six industry agglomeration differences; Agglomeration is mainly manifested in Harbin, Daqing and Qiqihar three cities; Different factors of difference influence on the spatial agglomeration of producer services industries of Heilongjiang Province, the market demand, manufacturing agglomeration, human capital quality and the information level has a significant effect on producer services agglomeration.
