Since the reform and opening-up,China's import and export trade has continues growth.Cross-border E-commerce has sprung up.People have more confidence in products made abroad which are more advantages and more characteristics.A lot of manufacturing companies and trade companies have been adding Cross-border E-commerce to ensure their own business prospects.In order to avoid the blind choice of third-party platform or multiple third-party platform synchronous operation,resulting in the waste of human resources and enterprises.This paper hopes to establish an evaluation index for the third-party platform selection of cross-border e-commerce,so that enterprises can make better choices according to their own characteristics.First of all,this paper uses literature analysis to study the previous literature and analysis the relevant data of China's cross-border e-commerce,finally sum up 6 grade I indexes and 20 grade II indexes,including platform characteristic,platform cost,service quality,supply chain integrity,technology environment and financial environment which are selected as the index system of Third-party Cross-border e-commerce platform.Then,this paper designs the questionnaire based on the indexes which selected before.The results are as followed: platform characteristic > supply chain integrity >inancial environment > platform cost > technology environment > service quality.The 6grade I indexes which are selected as index system of the Third-party Cross-border e-commerce platform respectively are 0.212,0.187,0.176,0.165,0.146 and 0.128.Then got the tandardized summary equation of the cooperation willingness and the influencing factors of the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform through the qustionnaire data for factorial analysis.Finally,this paper take the choice of the cross-border e-commerce platform of X Company's Singapore Project as a case study.The case study has analyzed the top three platforms in Singapore: Qoo1 o.Lazada and Shopee.by equation calculation come up with a final recommendation.
