Affected by factors such as the global coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,trade protection,and product supply chain globalization,cross-border e-commerce is rising rapidly,changing the previous form of international trade,and attracting more and more enterprises to choose to trade through cross-border e-commerce.In order to develop trade through cross-border e-commerce,manufacturing enterprises can choose to build their own platforms and choose third-party cross-border e-commerce platforms.Subject to the factors of manufacturing enterprises themselves,most enterprises can only conduct business through third-party cross-border e-commerce platforms.Facing many cross-border e-commerce platforms,how to choose is the primary consideration for enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems encountered by XJ company in engaging in cross-border e-commerce.Through the combination of bibliometrics and expert evaluation,the evaluation indicators for evaluating the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform are selected.The evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce platform selection is constructed by combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of the constructed evaluation index system,through the model application analysis of the five alternative e-commerce platforms,the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform suitable for the enterprise is selected.Through the theoretical model and data analysis,it is concluded that when enterprises choose the third-party cross-border e-commerce platform,they pay more attention to the platform competitiveness,service quality and platform cost,and the platform selected by these three indicators is consistent with the platform selection actually made by the enterprise.The empirical results are verified by the cross-border e-commerce situation of XJ company,and it is proved that the analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy evaluation index model constructed in this paper has good guiding significance for manufacturing enterprises to choose the platform.
