Aiming at the phenomenon of mutual penetration and deep integration between third-party logistics enterprises and e-commerce enterprises,the optimization of logistics service level is introduced in the analysis of the decision-making of e-commerce transformation of third-party logistics enterprises.The dynamic game model between third-party logistics enterprises and e-commerce enterprises is established by using principal-agent theory.When the logistics market is not fully competitive,it is found that: there is a base market size threshold,when the base market size is less than equal to that threshold,third-party logistics enterprises will choose e-commerce transformation;when the base market size is greater than equal to that threshold,only when the market share of third-party logistics enterprises is expected to be greater than equal to the threshold,otherwise,it will not transform;that is,if the third-party logistics enterprises want to be successful e-commerce transformation,they must position the target market in the immature and occupy a sufficient market share.After the transformation of the third party logistics enterprise,the whole logistics service level will increase,e-commerce market product sales will increase.When the logistics market develops into complete competition and changes from price competition to service level competition,a multi-stage dynamic game model is established to solve the problem of e-commerce transformation of third-party logistics enterprises under the competition of logistics service level,and the implementation conditions of e-commerce transformation strategy of third-party logistics enterprises are studied.The research shows that when the profit of product sales is small,only if the base market is large enough and the market share of the third party logistics is large enough after the expected transformation,the optimal strategy is the transformation while when the profit of product sales is large,the base market The optimal strategy after the field is less than the threshold is transformation,but once the base market is greater than the threshold,it will transform only if it predicts that the market share after transformation is large enough.At the same time,the transformation of third-party logistics enterprises will increase the sales quantity of e-commerce market.When the base market is larger than the threshold and the market share of third-party logistics is less than the threshold after the expectedtransformation,the transformation of third-party logistics enterprises will stimulate the e-commerce market and increase the profits of e-commerce enterprises increase.
