Research On The Selection Of Third-Party Reverse Logistics Service Providers Based On Multi-Agent

With the great attention given to the protection of the environment and sustainable economic development,the strategic value and economic value of reverse logistics have gradually emerged.The development of reverse logistics can not only save resources for enterprises and society,but also improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and the performance level of supply chains.However,the complexity,slowness,uncertainty and other characteristics of reverse logistics have great difficulties and risks for the company to develop reverse logistics business.In order to achieve low cost,high quality and flexible production,Considering that outsourcing some or all of the reverse logistics business to a professional third-party reverse logistics service provider will bring great advantages to the development of the enterprise,especially focusing on the high-quality resources of the enterprise and committing to the core business.Compared with enterprises,professional and standardized third-party reverse logistics service providers can effectively and efficiently deal with reverse logistics services,thereby reducing enterprise operating costs and logistics costs,improving supply chain operation efficiency,and improving customer overall service levels.Therefore,the reasonable and effective choice of third-party reverse logistics service providers is an important decision for the strategic development of enterprises.This paper studies the choice of third-party reverse logistics service providers based on Multi-Agent from the perspective of employer enterprises,and constructs a third-party reverse logistics service provider selection system framework based on Multi-Agent.By referring to relevant scholars’ literature,it establishes third-party reverse logistics service.The quotient selection indicator system completes the primary selection process for thirdparty reverse logistics service providers through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process FAHP.The multi-agent system cooperation coordination mechanism is combined with the game theory to construct a dynamic game cooperation mechanism model based on Multi-Agent.The trust benchmark is used to control the selfishness and blindness of each service provider’s Agent game decision.Forming a service provider cooperation alliance to complete the reverse logistics task of the employer enterprise,rationally and rationally select the thirdparty reverse logistics service provider,complete the distribution process of the reverse logistics task,and finally complete the third-party reverse logistics service provider’s reelection.In view of the environmental and economic benefits brought about by reverse logistics,professional and regulated third-party reverse logistics service providers are increasingly dependent on enterprises.Choosing the right third-party reverse logistics service providers is crucial to the development of enterprises.The selection method proposed in this paper can effectively help enterprises to select suitable third-party reverse logistics service providers,so that enterprises can focus on developing core business,better reduce costs and improve logistics efficiency,so as to achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and third-party reverse logistics service providers.
