Research On Financial Risk Early-warning Of B Company Based On Logistic Model

With the increase of income level and population,the market space of food and beverage industry continues to expand steadily.The barriers of food manufacturing industry are low,and many emerging companies are also seizing market share,which makes the industry competition increasingly fierce.In such a market environment,some companies can not balance the relationship between development and financial results,resulting in financial risks.The basic reason is that the backward financial management results in the drag of production and operation activities.In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition and complex business environment,we must improve the level of financial management and comprehensively implement the financial risk early warning work.Based on the application of logistic regression model,this paper first introduces the concepts of financial risk and financial early warning,and points out how to determine the financial early warning model suitable for China's market based on national conditions.Then combined with the characteristics of the industry where the company is located,extract the relevant indicators of company B's financial statements to build the model.Through the significance test to extract factors,through the spherical test,principal component extraction and other steps to deal with the screening index,get the factors suitable for building the model.Then,according to the obtained factors,the stepwise regression logistic model is used to model the financial early warning.Through the designed early warning system,this paper can analyzes the financial problems.Finally,according to the prediction results and the internal management of the company,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.In order to help enterprises in the unbearable crisis before the occurrence of a timely early warning,take appropriate measures in advance to avoid delisting crisis.
