Since the reform and opening up,the social economy has been developing continuously. The average life expectancy of the Chinese population has increased gradually, and the population has become increasingly aging. At the same time, with the implementation of the family planning policy,China has entered a stage of serious childless population, and the aging population and the problem of providing for the aged caused by the childless population have become the focus of attention from all walks of life.In China, the degree of rural aging is more serious than that in urban areas. The low disposable income of rural residents and the serious outflow of labor force hinder the development of rural old-age services. Therefore, the establishment of an old-age care effect evaluation system and the exploration of factors affecting the old-age care effect are conducive to the improvement of the current situation of rural old-age care, the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural old-age care effects, and the realization of active aging.First of all,the paper analyzes the mode of old-age care in China's rural areas and the problems it faces.China's rural pension mode mainly includes:family pension mode, social pension mode, and diversified pension mode based on family pension. The existing problems include:old people's concept of pension is backward, the pension burden is heavy, and the pension service system is not sound.Secondly, the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the pension effect of rural elderly population in three major regions and 28 provinces and cities. The research shows that the pension effect of the eastern region is better than that of the central and western regions. The elderly care undertakings in the central region are developing stably and lack of motivation for promotion. The western region is the mostconcerned area in the development of China's rural pension system.Xinjiang autonomous region to maintain a better pension effect; The rural elderly in Shanghai and zhejiang province have the most significant pension effect.More attention should be paid to the rural pension problem in jilin, gansu and qinghai provinces.Thirdly,a fixed effect model is used to analyze the linear relationship between the pension effect and the influencing factors. The empirical results show that gender, environmental pollution, the number of pension institutions and children's economic support have negative effects on the pension effect, and receiving pension is conducive to improving the pension effect. Finally, the relationship between the economic support and the endowment effect on children,in-depth studies are based on the panel threshold model analysis results as well as the authenticity of testing results, nonlinear relationship in between is confirmed, when every child for the old people's average annual economic support amount is less than 100.99 yuan, the economic support have a positive effect on the endowment effect; When the amount is more than 100.99 yuan, the economic support has a negative effect on the pension effect.According to the results of empirical analysis, combining with the current situation of old-age support in China's rural areas, this paper puts forward policy Suggestions:to improve the social old-age insurance policy and reduce the burden of family old-age support; To guide the rural elderly population to change the traditional concept and establish a new concept of supporting the aged;We will improve the social service system for the elderly and resolve structural problems between supply and demand. We will actively address environmental pollution and protect the environment.
