The case company G in this article is a post-press equipment manufacturing enterprise in Wenzhou,although it has a certain market share in the domestic market and even the international market.However,the domestic and international market environment is ever-changing,and customer needs are becoming more and more personalized.In addition,there are many problems in the management of G company,which has gradually weakened G company's core competitiveness,which has caused the realization of the company's strategic development goals.Adverse effects.Only by accelerating the speed of iterative product updates,shortening product delivery deadlines,improving product quality levels,compressing product costs,and improving after-sales service,can enterprises have certain influence in the market.In order to meet the personalized needs of customers,it is of practical significance to carry out business process reengineering in G company's sales business process,technology research and development business process,procurement business process and production business process.Based on the analysis of the above reasons,this article first describes the concept of business process reengineering(BPR),pointing out that companies must integrate the ERP system if they want to carry out business process reengineering,and then clarify the goals,principles and methods of business process optimization,and finally pass the G A brief analysis of the company's development status and business process,according to the characteristics of single-piece customized production,using lean thinking and ERP system to systematically analyze G company's business process reengineering,selecting sales,design and development,procurement and production processes Reimplement it.Finally,this article points out that enterprises must also build up safeguard measures,mainly from the aspects of organizational structure,management system,system and corporate culture,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of G company's business process reengineering.
