With the development of network technology in the world,China's communication industry has entered a mature period.With the gradual saturation of the market and the serious homogenization of business,communication enterprises compete with each other for customers,and the competition among peers is increasing.In order to adapt to the current complex marketing environment,more close to users,achieve seamless coverage of marketing services,and promote the growth of business income,China Telecom LC branch has implemented grid management since 2013,and has achieved good results for six years.However,in the actual implementation of grid management,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the lack of marketing enthusiasm of grid marketers,the outdated grid division method,the incongruity between grids and the unreasonable grid performance evaluation.This kind of problem is making the grid management business of LC branch gradually stagnate.In this paper,combined with the current situation of grid management in Telecom LC branch,the current grid management process of Telecom LC branch is described in detail.Then,by using the questionnaire method,many grid marketing personnel are invited to evaluate the 16 indicators of grid management in Telecom LC branch.Then,the evaluation results are analyzed,and several indicators with more serious problems are found out An interview outline of grid management,and interviews with grid managers.Then using AHP,through the comparison and sorting of the target layer,the criterion layer and the scheme layer,we can find the most suitable optimization direction according to the four dimensions of grid personnel problem,grid division,grid coordination problem,grid performance evaluation,etc.Finally,using the theory of spatial information grid,grid management,grid management,precision marketing,etc.,according to the LC branch of Telecom Characteristics,using the relevant knowledge and experience of enterprise management,each part of the existing problems,respectively,put forward feasible optimization plan.
