| With the official commercial use of 5G,it become the most advanced communication technology in the world,has the advantages of high bandwidth and low delay,which will make the era of the Internet of Things possible.Relying on 5G,we will accelerate the development of the Internet of Things,promote digital transformation,create an ecological industrial chain,promote the integration of technology and economic development,and it help China’s economic development and promote social progress.To build a digital China and help the interconnection of everything,operators are facing both opportunities and challenges.In this article,I choose China Mobile W Branch as the research object,combined with the current situation of the communication industry,mainly studies the optimization strategy of the company grid marketing.At first analyzed the current market competition environment of the communication industry,sorted out the marketing theory,mainly the grid marketing and precision marketing theory,and then introduced the current situation of the campany.Through the combination of interviews,questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the research method discussed and analyzed the problems of the campany in grid data,collaboration,assessment system,marketing support and the reasons behind them.Based on market segmentation,include STP theory and Integrated Marketing Communication theory,combined with the actual situation of the company,this article puts forward the corresponding strategy optimization scheme in grid division,strategy customization,resource integration and gives the implemented safeguard measures in the aspects of talent security,organization security,system security,information data security.In this article,it proposes a targeted optimization scheme based on the combination of theory and practice,so that the grid marketing strategy can be implemented smoothly and efficiently,reducing marketing costs and improving marketing efficiency.It can also provide some reference for other grid precision marketing strategy optimization. |
