With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy has ushered in again and again take-off,so some people through the reform of the "spring breeze",the material conditions are becoming more and more superior.In this context,personal wealth management products and services have also ushered in a rapid development opportunity.Although the wealth management business has been widely concerned by the society and systematically studied by scholars,the research on third-party financial management companies is relatively few,and most of the research is focused on the traditional bank financial management.How do third-party financial management companies break through the wealth management market,how to break through,learn and respond to through the formulation of good marketing strategies in homogeneous products It is very important to use advanced marketing strategy.Through the personal practice and work experience in the work of ZX Company,the author makes a deep analysis on the marketing strategy of the financial products of ZX Company,a third-party financial management company,and holds that there are some problems in the marketing of the financial products of the company,such as vague market positioning,insufficient marketing channels,low ability of the salespeople and the lack of brand effect,etc.,on the basis of the relevant theories of marketing,A set of operable schemes is summarized,which can meet the targeted requirements.This makes ZX optimize and expand the promotion of wealth management products,but also provide a certain reference for many sales-based third-party financial companies.Third-party financial management companies are not only facing great opportunities,but also facing great challenges.This paper uses PEST theory to analyze the macro environment that ZX companies are facing from four aspects.Through the introduction of the existing marketing mode,product system and product strategy of ZX Company,this paper further analyzes the current market environment of ZX Company,and puts forward the problems encountered by ZX Company in the marketing process at present.By virtueof SWOT method,this paper probes into the existing situation of ZX Company from a micro perspective,refers to the internal conditions and external conditions of the enterprise,and puts forward the possible market around the favorable and unfavorable factors.Marketing strategy,on the basis of maintaining the good effect of the current marketing strategy,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy to deal with the new market and the new situation by using the 4p marketing combination theory.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of ZX Company,the innovative opinions and suggestions are given from four aspects: product innovation,product operation,talent training and team building.It can be used for reference for the choice and implementation of ZX marketing strategy in the future.
