| The area of Leadership has attracted more studies and research because of its scope on different work outcomes.The aim of this study was to find out the effect of transformational leadership on project performance with mediating effect of project communication.This study is consisting of one independent variable(transformational leadership),one dependent variable(project performance)and one mediating variable(project communication).Data were collected from construction projects working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan from 200 employees through structured questionnaires.Descriptive statistics,alpha reliability,mean value of each variable were found through SPSS.Furthermore,Correlation and regression analysis was used to find the hypothesis and association between variables of the current study.the findings of this study found a signification association and impact.Where,all the hypothesis was supported and accepted.Leadership is key role in organizations to achieve its objectives through motivating employees.Leaders include managers and supervisors,they should focus on transformational kind of leadership to help achieve project objectives within the targeted timeframe,cost and scope to avoid uncertainty and ambiguity through timely basis communication.This study examined the effect of communication between Transformational leadership and project performance,communication provides a reference to enhance productivity.Managers,leaders and supervisor should communicate in way to advance project Performance. |
