With the rapid growth of the national economy,it has brought new opportunities and challenges to Chinese pharmaceutical companies.The main work of domestic pharmaceutical companies is centered on the sales business.The quality of sales performance will directly determine the normal business activities of the company and the growth and development of the company.In addition,in recent years,the state's reform of the medical industry has increased,and the well-known foreign pharmaceutical companies have been eyeing the living space of domestic pharmaceutical companies.The sales personnel,as the source of income for pharmaceutical companies,are facing tremendous market competition.And the company's business pressure,which led to frequent loss of sales staff or frequent job hopping.How to effectively attract and retain excellent sales personnel and create greater value for the enterprise is an urgent problem for the QD Group.It is also the core issue of this paper.Performance assessment is the most part of performance management and an important part of enterprise personnel management,which directly affects the behavioral norms of employees.With thedevelopment of modern enterprise management practice and the improvement of management theory,how to develop a reasonable and scientific performance appraisal system according to its own strategic development needs to maximize the value created by sales personnel is a key issue for QD Group managers.As the lifeblood of the enterprise,the sales department is the premise for the enterprise to ensure sustainable operation.The status and significance of the sales personnel in the enterprise is becoming more and more important.Under the current economic development situation,Chinese traditional medicine enterprises are facing more severe reform and development situation.As one of the key work in the daily management of the pharmaceutical enterprise,the management quality of the sales personnel will be As the core part of human resource management,performance appraisal can help managers to understand the working state and real-time working state of the salesmen.It has certain guiding significance for the management to put forward the sales plan and management method,but performance appraisal is also a double-edged sword,which can be used properly If not used properly,it will only increase management cost and waste human resources.Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal,this paper combines the problems existing in the performance appraisal of QD Group's leading sales personnel,deeply analyzes the existing problems,and uses the analysis results to optimize and improve the performanceappraisal system of QD Group sales personnel.Make relevant recommendations.This paper hopes to achieve the goal of solving the above problems through the optimization of this performance system,and encourage employees to cooperate with the company to achieve strategic goals and grow together with the company.Provide case studies for the specific implementation of the compensation system for other similar enterprises.
