Agriculture is the basic industry of our country.Only the healthy development of agriculture can guarantee the development of secondary and tertiary industries and the stable development of our economy and society.With the continuous development of China's economy,the cultivation of small retail investors can not meet the needs of the current society.The implementation of the National Rural Revitalization Plan in 2018 has injected tremendous impetus into the development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The development of agricultural enterprises in China is relatively late,the scale of operation is generally small,and the level of enterprise management is insufficient,which restricts the development of agricultural enterprises in China.In order to break through the bottleneck of development,Chinese agricultural enterprises should optimize their management thinking and attach importance to their development strategy.This paper studies the development strategy of Xiangzhangyuan Eco-agricultural Development Technology Co.,Ltd.in Hengyang City.First of all,using pest theory,this paper analyzes the macro environment of Hengyang xiangzhangyuan Ecological Agricultural Development Technology Co.,Ltd.from four aspects of political,economic,social and technical factors,and analyzes the micro environment of the company,including the industry environment and the internal environment of the company,and uses Porter Five Forces Model to analyze the industry environment of the company.It provides the basis for the strategic design of the enterprise.Secondly,it analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company,establishes the SWOT analysis matrix,and analyzes that xiangzhangyuan company currently has some disadvantages,such as weak local environment,weak scientific and technological strength,lack of development funds,etc.,and is faced with the competition of the same type of advantage enterprises,and the threat of large-scale enterprises' cross-border entry.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the internal and external strategic elements are evaluated.It is found that the advantages of xiangzhangyuan company are greater than the disadvantages,the opportunities are greater than the threats.Xiangzhangyuan company can overcome the disadvantages and threats,and gain a favorable position in the market competition.Combined with the actual situation and strategic objectives of xiangzhangyuan company,the development strategy of xiangzhangyuan company is formulated.In the overall strategy,the diversification strategy is selected,and in the competitive strategy,the price leading strategy is selected.This paper expounds the strategic implementation of xiangzhangyuan company in terms of its business development strategy,marketing strategy,financial management strategy,human resource management strategy and risk control strategy.Finally,it is suggested that xiangzhangyuan company should pay attention to the construction of agricultural production base,actively strive for financial support,improve the ability of enterprise marketing management,improve the enterprise culture and production technology standards,and establish a reasonable profit distribution mechanism to ensure the implementation of the company's strategy.Through the research on the development strategy of xiangzhangyuan company's agricultural industrialization,a reasonable development strategy is made for xiangzhangyuan company.The ideas and methods of this study can provide reference for the development strategy of other agricultural ecological enterprises.
