The Research On Risk Management Strategy Of AJ Logistics Company Supply Chain

Along with the rapid development of automotive industry have been booming relevant industries. Automotive logistics, a professional branch in the field of logistics, benefits from this especially.AJ Automotive Logistics Co., Ltd.(AJ Logistics), a wholly owned subsidiary of SHQC Corporation Limited(SQ Corporation), finished vehicle transportation 6.51 million unit-times. AJ Logistics provides a substantial support of logistics for the development of SQ Corporation. AJ Logistics is facing an acid test with the rapid growth. Particularly the supply chain management is inadequate in the company.In this paper, based on AJ Logistics, we used some tools such as PEST model, five forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze both the external and internal environments, in finding out key factors impacting the safety of the supply chain of this company.Considering the company mission and prospect, this paper aims to develop risk management strategy of supply chain, and put forward the method & path of implementation of the strategy as well.Through analysis and study we conclude that the company should focus on the risk management of capacity and adopt the expansion strategy. After that some methods of this strategy should be produced.At the end of this paper, we put forward some effective methods to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy from both sides of the company.
