Research On Innovation Spirit Of Agricultural Entrepreneurs In Jingzhou City

Entrepreneur is the most active and creative "core" in the enterprise productivity,and it is also the backbone force to promote the enterprise reform and promote the overall economic and social development.Practice and research have shown that the growth of an enterprise is largely determined by the entrepreneurs of the enterprise,and the agricultural enterprise is no exception.Entrepreneurship is formed by the special group of entrepreneurs in the long-term production and management activities,and the entrepreneurial innovation spirit with innovation spirit as the core is the essential characteristic of entrepreneurs.Innovation spirit is the core of entrepreneurship.Therefore,studying the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs,especially agricultural entrepreneurs,not only helps to enrich and perfect the theory of entrepreneurship,but also provides scientific decision-making and theoretical basis for the management of entrepreneurs.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of agricultural entrepreneurs’ innovation spirit in Jingzhou and puts forward some policy suggestions as follows:The first chapter are described.Because there is still a certain gap between the innovation spirit of agricultural entrepreneurs in Jingzhou and that in developed areas,so by analyzing the current situation of the innovation spirit of agricultural entrepreneurs,we can promote the development of agricultural enterprises and agricultural economy in Jingzhou.In order to follow-up research,combing the research status at home and abroad to understand the research trends,determine the research ideas,methods,research innovation points and shortcomings of this paper;It expounds the related concepts of agricultural enterprises,agricultural entrepreneurs and agricultural entrepreneurship innovation spirit,and determines the measurement methods used in this study by combing the measurement and basic theories of entrepreneurship innovation spirit;The third chapter chooses Jingzhou City agricultural entrepreneur’s innovation spirit from four aspects,and further discusses the problems of agricultural entrepreneur’s innovation spirit in Jingzhou City,which are mainly manifested in three aspects: the government departments lack of attention to the cultivation of agricultural entrepreneur’s innovation spirit,the public does not realize the importance of agricultural entrepreneur’s innovation spirit,and the agricultural entrepreneurs themselves Lack of continuous innovation spirit;The fourth chapter is the theoretical basis and hypothesis of influencing factors ofagricultural entrepreneurship in Jingzhou.This paper mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of influencing factors of agricultural entrepreneurship in Jingzhou City,and puts forward the hypothesis from two aspects: the impact of macro environment on entrepreneurship and the impact of entrepreneurs themselves on entrepreneurship;The fifth chapter mainly carries out empirical analysis on the influencing factors of agricultural entrepreneurship innovation spirit in Jingzhou City,taking "entrepreneurship innovation spirit" as the explained variable by reference to the mature scale,and analyzes the internal and external factors.The results show that positive optimism,fearless setbacks,good at learning,risk-taking spirit,pioneering spirit and persistence are all significantly related to entrepreneurship.Innovation level,human capital,financial development,rule of law level and market potential will also have a positive impact on the development level of agricultural entrepreneurship in Jingzhou;The sixth chapter is the research conclusion and policy suggestions.Firstly,it summarizes the content of this paper.Secondly,it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the existing problems and empirical results of the innovation spirit of agricultural entrepreneurs in Jingzhou City.
