Study On The Economic Relationship And Evolution Of Districts And Counties In Jingzhou City

Regional economic connection has always been an important content of economic geography and regional research.The report of the 19 th national congress pointed out that the main contradiction in Chinese society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.The strategy of regional coordinated development is put forward based on the imbalance of regional economic development in China.The implementation of this strategy has a very important demonstration value for exploring the coordinated and balanced development of regional economy.Regional economy is open.Any region will have economic connection and economic penetration with other regions through the flow of resource elements such as population,materials,capital,technology and information in the form of economic agglomeration and diffusion(overflow).Regional economic connection is the basis of regional economic cooperative development,and the strength of regional economic connection is the main index to measure the degree of regional economic cooperative development.However,most of the research results are only limited to the theoretical elaboration of the current situation and problems of regional economic development,focusing on qualitative analysis,and lack of systematic quantitative analysis by using index system and mathematical model.From the perspective of regional economic connection,this paper takes 8 county-level administrative regions(including districts,counties and county-level cities)under the jurisdiction of Jingzhou City as the research object,combined with the modified gravity model and social network analysis method,analyzes the economic connection in the region.Starting from the actual situation,this paper makes an in-depth exploration of the analysis results by using the relevant theories of regional economics.From the perspective of empirical thinking,this paper first modifies the gravity model,constructs the quality index system of urban development,calculates the economic connection strength of districts and counties,establishes the economic connection network model on its basis,then analyzes the structural characteristics and segmentation of the network from the overall and partial levels,and finally makes QAP correlation analysis and regression analysis on the factors affecting the network structure.Gravity model originated from the development and extension of Newton’s law of universal gravitation in the field of economics by social economists,and this method has gradually changed and improved.At present,it is mainly used to measure the strength of economic ties between the two regions.Social network analysis comprehensively uses graph theory and mathematical model to study the relationship between actors or between actors and their overall network.The actors are network nodes,which can be individuals,groups,organizations and even countries.It can study the characteristics of the whole network structure from the perspective of the whole,study the position of individual objects in the network structure from the perspective of individuals,and combine the relationship between individuals,"micro" network and the "macro" structure of large-scale social system through the study of network relations.Therefore,the combination of the two methods is helpful to make a quantitative analysis of the economic relationship between districts and counties in Jingzhou City.The results show that the regional economic connection of Jingzhou City shows obvious "gradient" reachable correlation characteristics,the connection between the northwest counties and cities and the central urban area is closer,and the connection between the southeast counties and cities and the central urban area is weaker.The economic connection between the northwest and southeast regions is connected by Gongan County,which is a necessary channel for the economic connection between Shishou,Jianli,Honghu and the central urban area,with significant intermediary effect.In addition,the structure of economic ties between districts and counties in Jingzhou is significantly affected by the difference of technological innovation level between districts and counties.The greater the difference of technological innovation level between the two districts and counties,the lower the strength of economic ties between districts and counties.
