Research On The Quality Of Rural Tourism Transportation Service In Luoyang City Based On QFD

In the context of China's social and economic development,people's material and cultural life has gradually been significantly improved,and more and more people have become interested in tourism.As a tool for carrying tourists,tourist transportation plays an extremely important role in engaging in tourist activities.Tourists also pay more attention to the quality of their services when choosing transportation.In today's highly competitive market environment,improving service quality has become an important issue facing tourism and transportation.This article discusses the quality of rural tourism transportation services from the perspective of tourist demand.By applying QFD to the research on the quality of rural tourism transportation services in Luoyang City,and using the analytic hierarchy process to test the consistency of the tourist demand indicators obtained through the questionnaire survey,then based on the tourist demand indicators and combining with the local transportation industry staff In the visit,several service elements were extracted,and then a relationship matrix was constructed to integrate the tourists' needs into the service elements,and finally a rural tourism transportation service quality model was constructed and related countermeasures were proposed.
