L Company is a best known European and American car seat manufacturer and seller,the company entered the China market in 2014.In recent years,with the continuous entry of competitors,the competition is increasingly fierce.Through the relevant quality data,it is found that the market satisfaction of L company’s product quality is not positive;Whether the quality of products can be improved is the key to whether the company can be in the leading position in the market competition.This study basis on the theory of value chain and QFD,based on the comments from the consumers in an e-commerce,internal quality data and competitor analysis,to confirm the issues of L company,for instance,product on regional space is not good,the problem of insufficient seat design such as small size,product surface missing parts and mould processing and manufacturing defects,There is a lack of professional tracking after sales and service issues.Conduct a detailed analysis of the company’s internal and external environment,as well as the composition of the value chain.At the same time,through the KANO model dig up the quality of consumer demand,based on the design,manufacture,service and other factors,quality function deployment(QFD)to improve the product appearance,function and service,design products that meet the demand of the domestic consumer,and improve the production process to ensure product stability and durability,and arrange the professional training to improve the service quality,Under the protection of the value preservation measures,multi-pronged approach to promote L company’s problems to be solved and systematically improve product quality.This paper can be used as a reference for the management to improve the value chain or make decisions.At the same time hope to other companies in the industry can also provide practical reference significance.
