Study On Yangshan Rural Complex In Wuxi Based On Growth Pole Theory

The "idyllic east" project of yangshan town,wuxi city,integrating modern agriculture,leisure tourism and idyllic community,is the first idyllic complex project in China,and its development has attracted much attention from all sides.One of the strategic positioning given by the country is to become an important growth pole for the economic development of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta.In the early 1950 s,Western economists first proposed the growth pole theory,which was the cornerstone of the economic regional concept in Western regional economics and the evidence of uneven development.The theory holds that economic growth is usually transmitted to other industries or regions through one or several "growth centers",driving the economic development of the entire region.This paper uses the theory of growth pole to study the development of yangshan pastoral complex.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign related research,this paper summarizes the current research status of the theory of pastoral complex and growth pole,and summarizes relevant concepts and theoretical basis,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the following paper.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of the growth pole of the Yangshan Pastoral Complex are put forward.It is considered that the improvement of basic supporting facilities,the improvement of management technology,the expansion of financing channels,the promotion of project visibility,the settlement of supply and demand of construction land,the strengthening of agricultural industry integration and coordination Starting from the contradiction of birth and residence,and eventually forming the growth pole of the Yangshan Pastoral Complex,radiating the entire Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.In this paper,the yangshan pastoral complex construction," an important growth pole for the economic development of the urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta ",promotes the development of the polarization effect of growth pole in yangshan region by introducing capital,personnel and technology.Under the influence of polarization effect,the economic scale of yangshan region keeps expanding and its economic strength is improved to a certain extent.After a certain stage of development,yangshan region begins to form a diffusion effect,which will finally drive the economic growth of Yangtze river delta region.This paper analyzes the development of yangshan pastoral complex from the perspective of the growth pole theory,which can effectively promote the coordination and sustainable development of regional economy,as well as the logical necessity and realistic requirements in the development process of yangshan area.
