The Research Of Wanjiang City Band's Industrial Integration Into Yangtze River Delta Economic Areas

It is a hot issue of the researches on Pan-Yangtze River Delta economic opening-up and cooperation that whether and how Anhui Province could be integrated into Yangtze River Delta Economic Areas. As the richest area of Anhui, Wanjiang City Band has the capability to firstly abut upon Yangtze River Delta, which means that Anhui Province could be affiliated into the Third layer of Yangtze River Delta though undertaking its industrial transfer in order to make Anhui integrate into Yangtze River Delta's industrial division system.There is a strong complementary relation between Wanjiang City Band and Yangtze River Delta Economic Areas. As its economic hinterland, Wanjiang City Band has a certain trend of coordinated development and a big potential of economic growth and its next purpose of development is further industrialization and export-oriented economy. Wanjiang City Band's integrating into Yangtze River Delta has a profound significance both from the state's strategy to Pan-Yangtze River Delta economic opening-up and cooperation and form the development of Wanjiang City Band and Yangtze River Delta Economic Areas. And it does have the backward advantages. However, due to the disparity among Yangtze River Delta, the industrial transfer-out cannot be done with a pace, which means a difficult subject for Wanjiang City Band to determine the potential undertaking industries as well as the allocation according to internal city's industrial advantages. Beside that, it is also a problem for further researching that how to balance the two areas industrial distribution called "Dual-core, One-axis and Double-wings" and "One-core and Nine-bands" respectively.With centering on the theme that how could Wanjiang City Band integrate into Yangtze River Delta, and regarding backward-edge theory and industrial transfer theory as the theoretical basis and using various empirical analysis tools in an innovative way, this paper puts emphasis on how could Wanjiang City Band integrate into Yangtze River Delta's industrial division system, though undertaking the industrial transfer from it.
