In order to study the current situation and Development Countermeasures of the corn processing industry in Tongliao City,give full play to the regional advantages,and improve the market competitiveness of the corn processing industry in Tongliao region at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the comparative advantages from the perspective of corn raw material production through field research,literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis and case analysis,and from the perspective of corn processing product varieties,market demand,etc From the perspective of SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of corn processing industry in Tongliao City.The main results are as follows:1.Current situation of corn processing industry.The raw material production of the corn processing industry in Tongliao City has the characteristics of large planting area,high yield level and excellent quality;the corn processing industry covers more than 200 varieties in 13 categories,among which monosodium glutamate,amino acid and starch processing industry has a good development trend.2.The comparative advantage analysis of raw materials in corn processing industry shows that the corn production in Tongliao has a strong comprehensive comparative advantage in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,but the comparative advantage index of production efficiency is low,which needs to be further improved.According to the SWOT analysis of corn processing industry,the advantages of Tongliao's corn processing industry are centralized planting distribution,reasonable industrial layout and obvious advantages of transportation and power resources;the disadvantages are single corn planting structure,short processing industry chain,loose connection between industries,limited leading enterprises,small production scale,low management level and weak innovation ability;the opportunities are national strategic adjustment and regional adjustment Development policies and opportunities for aquaculture development;threats are intensified regional industrial competition,severe environmental situation,national policy regulation and inadequate water resources.3.Countermeasures for the development of corn processing industry in Tongliao City.In terms of raw material production of processing industry,we should build infrastructure,promote planting technology,increase the promotion of special corn,and guide the planting of silage corn;in terms of processing enterprises,we should promote the development of industrial clusters,support and strengthen leading enterprises,enhance the ability of independent innovation,and improve the mechanism of enterprise and agriculture interest connection;in terms of policy support,we should increase financial subsidies,expand the financing channels of enterprises,and Speed up the construction of talent team and strengthen brand publicity and protection.
