Study On Development Countermeasure Of Corn Deep Processing Industry In Zhaodong City,Heilongjiang Province

Located in Zhaodong City,Heilongjiang Province,known as the “World Gold Corn Belt,” corn has high yields and good quality.The total output,yield,and volume of goods have been ranked in the forefront of the province for many years,and have been rated as the homeland of corn development and utilization in China.In recent years,Zhaodong City has relied on the advantages of national policies to start from the corn industry,seize the opportunity to rely on corn to set up industries,develop new projects using corn resources,and constantly develop the corn deep-processing industry,forming a leading base for corn companies.The base is connected with the healthy industrial chain of farmers and industries to increase efficiency.Under the strategic background of supply-side structural reforms,China's temporary reserve policy for corn was cancelled in 2016.The corn market has undergone fundamental changes.The contradiction between production and demand has become prominent,and it has had a certain impact on the development of corn deep processing industry in Zhaodong City.Therefore,it is hoped that this study will provide correct guidance for further development of the corn deep processing industry in Zhaodong City.This article is based on the current situation in China and Zhaodong City,Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the status quo of Zhaodong City in Heilongjiang Province by means of comparative analysis and field surveys.It finds that there are deficiencies in the development of corn deep processing industry in Zhaodong City at this stage,such as the small scale of the industry.In addition,the problems of poor comprehensive utilization,low processing of deep processing products,difficulty in transporting deep-processed corn and corn products,threats to the environment,and the arduous task of destocking of corn.Using economic growth theory,economies of scale theory,and theory of circular economy theory,combined with the advanced experience in the development of corn deep processing industry in the United States and Jilin Province in China,we obtained some inspirations from which to guide the development of corn deep processing industry in Zhaodong City.Finally,based on these revelations,some targeted proposals were proposed to support leading enterprises to generate industrial agglomeration effects,increase production of refined products,establish multimodaltransport of logistics,develop circular economy,optimize industrial environment,and actively implement structural reforms on the agricultural supply side.
