In recent years,Bank A has developed very rapidly,and the comprehensive income level of personal finance business has been constantly improved.In the process of personal finance business development,bank managers have increased their attention to the marketing activities of personal finance business,and also through the development of a series of marketing activities to enhance the comprehensive influence of business.However,at present,there are still some problems in the process of personal financial business marketing activities of Bank A,which restricts the effective development of personal financial business marketing activities.This paper makes an analysis of the deficiencies in the marketing activities of bank A's personal financial management business by means of questionnaire survey,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the marketing activities of bank A's personal financial management business.We hope that we can improve the market competitiveness of personal finance business through effective marketing activities,so as to enhance the sales volume of personal finance business,and ultimately help improve the brand competitiveness of Bank A.Through this study,the problems existing in the marketing activities of Bank A's personal finance business can be solved reasonably,so as to make the distribution of marketing resources more scientific,and help the scientific construction of the marketing system of Bank A's personal finance business.Questionnaire research method can combine the reality of the marketing activities of personal financial management business of Bank A at the stage,and analyze the shortcomings of the marketing work of personal financial management business of Bank A from various perspectives.Combining the feedback information from customers can not only make the marketing activities of personal finance business better form an effective attraction to target customers,but also help this paper to collect first-hand information.Combining with the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of personal financial business marketing activities.Through this study,Bank A can build a scientific marketing system of personal financial business from four aspects:product,price,channel and promotion.Through the improvement of marketing strategy and safeguard measures,the marketing level of personal finance business of Bank A can be improved,the comprehensive competition level of personal finance business of Bank A can be further improved,and the development mode of personal finance business of Bank A can be transformed from traditional products to comprehensive services,which will be helpful to the scientific construction of personal finance business system of Bank A.This paper consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction of this paper.It puts forward some suggestions for the development of personal financial business marketing activities of commercial banks,summarizes the current research situation of experts and scholars at home and abroad,combs the research contents effectively,and provides effective theoretical support for this research.The second part is the conclusion of this paper,which is the concept and importance of personal financial business.Sex is summarized,and marketing theory and customer relationship management theory are summarized.The third part uses questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of personal financial business marketing activities of Bank A,and points out the shortcomings of personal financial business marketing activities of Bank A.It is found that there are some problems in the development of personal financial business marketing activities on the basis of the promotion of the sales scale of personal financial business of Bank A.The fourth part is the environmental analysis of personal financial business.Through the analysis of the external and industry competitive environment,the SOWT analysis of personal financial business of Bank A is carried out to clarify the advantages of marketing activities.The fifth part puts forward the personal financial business of Bank A.In terms of product strategy,this paper proposes that we should build a scientific innovative team to study product structure through satisfaction survey.In terms of price strategy,we hope to attract target customers through differentiated price system,and put forward corresponding development suggestions in terms of channel and promotion.We hope that we can make Bank A's personal financial management business operate.Sales level has been improved;the sixth part puts forward suggestions on the development of personal financial business marketing activities from risk control,information construction investment and staff quality training;the seventh part is the conclusion of this study,and puts forward the future direction of personal financial business marketing of Bank A.
