China has become one of the countries with the largest elevator population in the world,and the competition in the elevator market become more fierce.At the same time,most of the elevator company take more focus on the oversea market,especially in developing countries,the original elevator market in these countries had small volume,but due to the rapid growth of the economy in recent years,the development of country's infrastructure grows rapidly,so the requirement of elevators are growing fast,such as India,Russia,the Middle East,Asia Pacific and the Americas,because of the country's investment in the infrastructure construction actively,so the requirement of elevator is growing rapidly.Then,how to stand out in a large number of competitors and grab the big cake,which has become the major elevator enterprises that need to overcome.In order to seize the market opportunities,capture the market share,most of the elevator company increase investment to improve product services,pre-sales technical services become a important role in the process of service competition.The pre-sale technical service has become the foundation of elevator company's survival and development.With the increasingly fierce market competition for domestic and foreign markets,how to improve more perfect and more advantageous pre-sale technical services become more important for elevator enterprises.Elevator pre-sale technical services is that before customer touch elevator product,according to the different requirements of customers,pre-sales technical services provide competitive product solutions and construction layout to customer,reply to the customer for the product technical questions quickly,promote the company's products actively,enable the elevator to meet the customer's requirements and achieve customer's satisfaction.At present,the research on pre-sales technical service is not sufficient.First,Chinese elevator company are still in the initial manufacturing industry,and there are few technicians who specialize in pre-sales technical service management research in the pre-sales technical service team.Secondly,there are few theoretical researches on the pre-sale technical service in the academic circle.However,this study believes that the pre-sales technical service of the elevator identify customer's requirements by understanding customer including domestic and oversea;Then according to the understanding of the elevator,pre-sales technical service provide the optimal solution to customer;'reflect customers' understanding of elevator products or technologies,their expression of their own requirements to the sales,and even suggest price strategies to the sales.To sum up,pre-sales technical service is to tell the sales colleagues who know only a little about the technical problems of elevator products:where is the customer "need" in order to provide customers with targeted services such as reasonable quotation in the sales process.In order to adapt to the more fierce elevator competition market for S A elevator factory,this topic is adopted to deal with various problems in pre-sales technical service management,and to make improvement measures in pre-sales technical service process,service quality,customer management and employee team management,etc.,and to analyze the effect.In order to provide reference for the elevator industry or other similar industries to improve the management of pre-sales technical services.
