With improvement of LCD panel manufacturing process,flat-panel TVs have gradually entered into the homes of ordinary people since 2003.Meanwhile,major domestic TV companies have also launched a number of flat-panel TV products with more features.Due to fiercemarketcompetition,color TV enterprises were gradually forced to enter into the LCM(liquid crystal module,Module LCD)manufacturing field,trying to enhance the profitability of enterprises through the upstream industrial chain extension.Comparing tomature,open and traditional CRT color TV manufacturing technology,LCM(LCD module)manufacturing not onlyneeds to invest huge plant construction cost,but also needs special assembly technology and industrial chain collaborative mode.These difficulties affect the development of the enterprise.Technology barriers also lead to the low quality yield of the LCM manufacturing plant in the early stage.In 2010,CH plant in this context,with the industry environment and the advantages of the Pearl River Delta,also began to build LCM plant.From 2011 to 2013,the factory gradually reached its peak period after coming into production.But the factory also suffered a long-term existence of the plight of the factory manufacturing through rate of less than 80%.Considering the long-term development,CH factory implemented internal reform and improvement.One of the most important jobswas to take small orders under the mode of factory quality management and improvement,from quality managementto process quality control and improvement.From 2014 to 2015,through the research and application of the paper,the CH factory has made great progressin the quality management improvement.Firstly,for the products of many batches with small quantity,technology status always changes a lot,which easily needsthe improvement of quality problem.In this order mode,the original technical quality control system of CH plant is slow,the main responsibility is not clear.Through the CH factory organization to sort out the reconstruction,to establish a people-oriented,quality and responsibility of the factory quality management mode,through the basic quality management work,the above countermeasures improve the quality management of CH plant efficiency.Secondly,we look for the major root from the production of the entire LCM product,supply,sales process quality control aspects,seize the key process to implement quality improvement,and promote the CH plant related industry suppliers to make improvement together.Only one point's improvement in the supply chain is not enough for the high standard requirements of LCM products.Through analysis of the main component suppliers and the main process of CH manufacturing process carrying out quality improvement research and practical application,This essayhelpedthe CH factory greatly improve quality level.Finally,the CH factory quality management level reached a better level of industry.
